Sugat ay isang araw maghihilom nalang
At sa bawat sakit ng nakaraan
Kapalit ay ngiti sa bawat hakbang

Hindi man ngayon
Pero darating ang panahon
Ako'y muling babangon
Dala ang pag-asa
Pati ang ligaya
Hindi akin pero dahil parin sa Kanya

Binasag upang muling mabuo

Hindi man ngayon maintindihan
Ang dahilan
Bakit kailangan pang pagdaanan
Pagbasag nang mga bagay na binuo mo sa nakaraan
Siguro'y inihahanda ka lamang din sa iyong lalakaran at pupuntahan

Binasag upang muling mabuo

Hindi biro
Kung gantong pagsuko
Ang ninanais Mo
Sa aking puso
Mga bagay na tinago
At binaon ko
Ngayon ay inaayos Mo
Para sa kaluwalhatian Mo

Binasag upang muling mabuo

Puno man ng takot
Bawat hakbang man ay nakakakilabot
Ngunit kamay Mo'y nakaabot
At sinabing huwag akong matakot
Dahil dilim man ng nakaraan ay nakapalibot
Pagmamahal Mo naman ang magpapawala ng lahat ng takot.
